The weekly rundown was a collection of targetted emails, Nike.com editorial landing pages, and Nike+ Run Club app posts that featured content designed for NRC members. Each platform was updated at the beginning of the week to provide expert tips, nutrition guidance, coaching, music, and new product arrivals for runners and members to explore each week. The weekly rundown was created in 2015 and was published for nearly 100 weeks straight through 2016. All created content now lives on the NRC Hub of Nike.com as well as the NRC blog.
